Cancellation Policy

Monthly Payment and Class Booking Policy 1. Monthly Subscription Plan • Subscription Fees: All services requiring monthly payments will be charged on a recurring monthly basis. Payment is due on the 1st of each month. • Payment Methods: Payments can be made via Credit Card. For your convenience, payments will be automatically charged to the method on file unless otherwise specified. • Refunds: Monthly payments are non-refundable. No partial refunds will be issued for missed classes or cancellations. 2. Class Schedule & Attendance • Class Booking: Classes must be booked in advance through [booking platform, website, or app]. Booking is subject to availability. • Cancellation Policy: For individual Programs, one on one classes: If you need to cancel a class, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged as if the class were attended. • Class Expiry: Classes must be attended within the month of payment. Any unused classes at the end of the month will expire and cannot be carried over to the next month. 3. Missed Classes • Make-up Classes: Make-up classes are offered based on availability and must be requested within 2 days of the missed class. (This is only for individual classes not for groups or memberships) • Absence Policy: If you miss a class without prior notice, you will still be charged for that session. Make-up sessions are subject to availability and may be scheduled within 30 days. 4. Rescheduling • Rescheduling Individual Classes: Classes can be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled class time. Rescheduling is subject to availability. • Limited Reschedule Opportunities: Each month, you may reschedule up to 2 classes. Additional rescheduling may be subject to a fee. 5. Membership Cancellation • Cancellation of Subscription: To cancel your monthly membership, notice must be provided at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. Cancellations can be made by email. • Rejoining: If you cancel and later decide to rejoin, you may be subject to availability and a reactivation fee, depending on the terms at the time of rejoining.
