We will also delve into the neurobiology of the brain and how negative perspectives; thoughts & beliefs affect our wellbeing and happiness. We will explore through interactive & provocative sessions the links between our spiritual health, our physical wellness & our mental vitality. You will learn POWERFUL & PROVEN tools & practices to harness the power of your thoughts & create more joy, peace & vitality in your daily life!
